1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the at77 platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, or claiming promotions — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the at77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and address — is truthful, accurate, and complete. at77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC or valid passport) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

at77 permits only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are a material breach of these Terms. at77 may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your at77 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. at77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to:

• Notify at77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• Log out of your at77 account when using shared or public devices, including internet cafes in Karachi, Lahore, or elsewhere in Pakistan.
• Not share your at77 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Ensure your registered mobile number remains current and accessible for SMS-based two-factor authentication and important account notifications.
• Keep your account information up to date, notifying at77 of any changes to your contact details, particularly your Pakistani mobile number.

at77 may, without liability, refuse to process transactions or suspend account access where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised use, fraud, or a security breach affecting your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the at77 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). at77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction within the at77 Cashier.

Deposits to your at77 PKR wallet are credited upon confirmed receipt by the platform. at77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network infrastructure, or bank processing times.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed at77 KYC verification (valid CNIC or passport submission) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• at77 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your balance at the time of a withdrawal request.

at77 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Such investigations are conducted as promptly as reasonably practicable.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

at77 offers various promotions to Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered at77 players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering; live dealer casino games typically contribute between 10%–15%; crash games contribute as stated in promotion-specific terms.
• at77 reserves the right to void and remove any bonus, and to withhold associated winnings, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the at77 platform are final once confirmed. at77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled and no alternative settlement basis applies; (b) at77 determines that the bet was accepted due to a manifest technical error in the display of odds or game parameters.

at77 reserves the right to void bets that:

• Were placed using incorrect or corrupted odds published due to a technical fault.
• Involve events or outcomes that were already known or determined at the time the bet was accepted (past posting).
• Were placed in violation of these Terms, including bets placed using bonus funds contrary to applicable restrictions.
• Form part of a pattern of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

Cricket betting settlement at at77 follows standard industry rules unless stated otherwise in game-specific rules. PSL, T20I, and Test match settlements are based on official results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches and DLS-method results are settled according to at77's cricket betting rules available within the platform.

Casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live titles. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes (cards, wheels) overseen by at77's live casino provider. RNG certification and game RTPs are available upon request.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using professional arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms.

• Underage access: Permitting or facilitating access to the at77 platform by any person under the age of 18.

at77 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account and withhold all funds pending investigation upon reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

at77 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits can be lowered at any time with immediate effect; increases take 24 hours to take effect.

• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the at77 platform for 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the at77 platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of at77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the at77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any at77 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, betting stakes, or casino deposits arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of the at77 platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonuses due to wagering requirement breaches.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, or other payment partners.
• Any consequences arising from your use of at77 where online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction.

at77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your at77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on at77's part.

11 Account Closure

You may close your at77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.

at77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period of request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — you will be notified before any balance is affected).
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Determination that you are ineligible to hold an at77 account under section 2 of these Terms.

12 Amendments to Terms

at77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, at77 will endeavour to notify registered players by SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or via a notification within the platform dashboard upon next login. Your continued use of at77 following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the at77 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the at77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which at77 is licensed and operated.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by country and region, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the at77 platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which you access the platform. at77 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction.
